We recognize that maintaining and developing a good network of strong Christian friends is a vital part of a successful life in Christ. We come together regularly to support each other, forge solid friendships, serve the community, study the Word and celebrate our successes and milestones.

"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another-and all the more as you see the Day approaching." - Hebrews 10:24-25 NIV

 

Target group:

Our focus is age specific to individuals who are starting or developing their careers.  If you are 25-35 you will fit perfectly in our group. Whether you're married or in the "not married yet" category, we are sure that you will find a place.

Purpose:

To bring people together so we can support and spur each other on.

Events:

Concerts, mountain biking, art events, camping, retreats, conferences, rafting, hikes, bible studies, professional development training, movies and games cook-offs, girls-night-outs, guys nights, hockey games, day trips and lots of good food!!

REGULAR EVENTS:

“Sunday Brunch” is one of our primary fellowship times.  Most 1^st, 3^rd and 4^th Sundays we get together for Brunch.  This is a time to eat great food and hang out with good company.  The locations rotate, so meet up in the Lobby after church and get directions.

“Elevate^” is a series of 4-6 week Bible Studies that are run throughout the year.  They alternate between Cliff-Notes-style, broad overviews and in-depth studies of the vital details of our faith.  The discussions we hold tap into the deep truths that enable us to reach the goals that God has set for us in this life.  The studies run 4-6 weeks long.  Check in with someone to see when our next study begins.

“Encounter” is a  special service held about once a quarter.  It’s a great time with messages and music for our generation, but we also take time to pour into the rising, younger generations of New Life Church.
