Wake Forest Campus Pastor

Michael and his wife, Emilee, have been part of the New Life Church family since 2017. Bringing years of experience in construction management, Michael transitioned from building homes to “building” God's Kingdom through full-time ministry. In 2024, he was appointed as the Discipleship Director, and on September 15th 2024, he became the Discipleship Pastor. Michael has a heart for seeing lost people saved, saved people discipled, and discipled people mobilized, and he is dedicated to helping new believers grow in their faith and find their purpose.

Associate Pastor & Worship Director

Christian, his wife Kesley, and their 3 kids, started attending New Life Church, at his wife’s request, in May of 2023. Two months later he rededicated his life to serving the Lord. In November of the same year he joined the worship team. Since then his passion has been to pursue the heart of God as part of the team. Now as the Worship Director and Associate Pastor, his heart is for people to come into Gods presence, unashamed and as they are, to reach new levels of transformative worship. He and his wife also oversee the Marriage and Family Department striving to help couples and parents reach that Christ-centered, faith and love filled family that God has called us to be.

Creative Director & Youth Director

Jya, originally from Texas, has been a dedicated member of New Life Church since 2009. With a passion for mentoring, teaching, and training youth, she is committed to nurturing the next generation in faith. Her heart is set on seeing the church shine with purity and helping ready the bride for Jesus' return. Her deep love for worship, where she first fell in love with the presence of God, continues to fuel her ministry. As the Creative & Youth Director at New Life Church, Jya brings her creativity, leadership, and organizational skills to support the church’s mission and community.

Preschool Director

Kesley, originally from California, has been attending New Life Church since May of 2023 with her husband, Christian and their 3 kids, Evan, Savannah and Amelia. Kesley brought her love of teaching kids from the past 20 years and began volunteering as a teacher in our preschool classes. She now serves as the Preschool Director, where she shares her heart for seeing kids grow into disciples by teaching our youngest members all about the love of Jesus. Kesley also oversees the Marriage and Family Department with her husband, where together they share their passion of cultivating Christ centered marriages and families in our community.

Elementary Kids Director

Laura has been a part of the New Life Family since 2015, attending with her husband, Rodney, and their two children, Matthew and Rachel. She earned her degree in Art Marketing from the University of North Georgia. In 2019, Laura began serving in the Children’s Department, where her heart for ministry grew. In 2022, she stepped into the role of Children’s Director. Laura has a deep passion for the Word of God and is dedicated to teaching and inspiring children to embrace that same passion.

First Impressions Director

Ginny, originally from California, joined New Life in 2021. She was married to her late husband for 42 years and is a proud mother of four, grandmother to eight, and great-grandmother to one. With 40 years of ministry experience, Ginny served alongside her husband as a pastor. Today, she brings her warmth and passion for serving the Lord as the First Impressions Director at New Life Church. Her joy in welcoming others reflects her deep love for ministry and people.

Production Director

Oscar is originally from Bogotá, Colombia, and moved to the U.S. after finishing high school. He and his wife, Jessika, along with their two kids, Emma and Anthony, have been part of the NLC family since 2021. Oscar started serving in the Production Department right away and quickly became known as a hilarious and passionate leader. In 2024, he stepped into the role of Production Director at NLC. With a servant's heart, Oscar brings willingness and high energy to everything he does, always trying to make you laugh and smile.
